When will my order ship?
If you receive a tracking notification, it simply means a shipping label was printed. Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-5 business days, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm Eastern Time. Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays in processing orders.
How much is shipping? For all domestic orders, USPS First-Class Mail® shipping is at a flat rate of $4.00. I also offer the option of USPS Priority Mail® starting at $6.95 for domestic orders.
I offer First-Class Package International Service® for all international orders:
Packages weighing up to 8 oz. in weight: $8.00
Packages weighing over 8 oz. in weight (up to 1 lb.): $15.00
International customers are responsible for any import or custom fees.
Will my order come with a tracking number? All enamel pin orders come with a USPS tracking number. Once your shipping label is printed, the tracking number will be emailed automatically. Please note that once your order crosses the border, tracking updates may be delayed.
When will I receive my order? Domestic First-Class Mail® orders should take about 3-5 business days to arrive. Domestic Priority Mail® orders should take 1-3 business days to arrive. International orders take an average of 2-6 weeks to arrive but can be delayed due to customs and local post office handling. Please be aware that weather delays are possible in certain areas.
What if I haven't received my order? It is not uncommon for USPS to mark orders as delivered before actual delivery. Any delivery issues need to be addressed with your local post office first. Wait a few days before filing a missing mail request. Sometimes the package will be with a neighbor or family member or sitting in the post office. If you need to add insurance coverage for your packages, please contact me to get a quote since it is an additional cost.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
There is no minimum purchase required.
How will my order be packed? I take care in packaging and shipping your orders. All pins will be mounted to a backing card and inserted into a bubble mailer for extra protection. Several pins may be mounted to a single backing card.
Do you accept returns/exchanges? At this time, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be sure to read over item descriptions before purchasing. Read below about pin grades.
What if I have a problem with my order? Please contact us with your name, order number, and photos (if applicable) to discuss any concerns with orders.
Did you know that enamel pins are made by hand? This simply means that every pin is unique and can result in having minor cosmetic flaws or imperfections, which does not impact the functionality of the pin. All pins are personally inspected and graded by us before shipment.
Grading pins is subjective. We do our best to provide high-quality pins to our customers. We classify our pins into two grades: Standard Grade and Seconds Grade.
Standard Grade pins are the highest quality offered. They may contain minor flaws, barely noticeable upon first glance. Flaws may include small scratches on metal or enamel; small specks, pores, or bubbles anywhere on the pin, slightly low or uneven fills, minor metal discolorations.
Seconds Grade pins have more noticeable flaws but may still be functional for display. They will be sold at a discount during a “seconds sale.” Seconds’ flaws may include missing/chipped enamel, highly tarnished metal, uneven enamel coloring, large unfilled areas, noticeable and deep scratches.
