Hello! It's Amy Tsuruta here and I'm so excited to be guesting for The Gray Muse! I've designed four cards to share especially for today so let's get started!
First up is the ADORABLE Dogs in the Craft Room Stamp Set:
I had so much fun with this super sweet set. I'm a huge dog fan and seriously one of my favorites are Corgis! I went super clean and simple for most of these cards to really make those pups be the star of the show.
I had to color her glasses lavender and then add that sweet bow. I stayed with the same overall Copic color palette for all three cards:
V01 | V12
E000 | E30
C0 | C1 | C2
W00 | W0
I made the designs all occasion. That way I can easily pick one out and send it out. The detail stamps are fun addition to the set and I easily added them to each of my cards.
What are your favorite themed cards to design and send out? Honestly, mine are all generally Hello | Hi types.
I had to do a caffeinated spin on one of the cards. Look at that cute Craft Assistant! I'm not sure if she's claiming to be the Craft Assistant or if the coffee gift card inside is the real Craft Assistant [wink].
Next up is the beautiful Be Kind Stamp Set:
I stamped the image on Bristol with Versafine ink and went to town with my Zigs. I wanted to give is a soothing palette, that's why I used a bunch of gray [my wardrobe is filled with that color].
This was so fun to color! Next time I'll use Copics. Something new to me this year is the Zig Blender. Wow, that thing is a fabulous tool to have, it moves around the color.
I finished my card off with white gel pen accents.
