ATTENTION: Currently not shipping to UK from main shop. If you need to place an order to UK, please shop on Etsy (they automatically collect VAT). 

TRANSIT DELAYS: For all packages, scans may not update in a timely manner.

If a package hasn't shown movement for 1-2 weeks but indicates that it's still in transit, it simply means it hasn't been scanned yet by a distribution or processing center. It's not lost -- just delayed. Thank you so much for your patience!

Customers can follow these steps if the delays go over 4 weeks:

  • Submit a Missing Mail search request at

  • Visit your local post office for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.

  • Call 1-800-275-8777 (1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask for assistance regarding a Missing Mail request.


Select items, once they sell out, will be available for preorder. If you place a preorder, your entire order will ship only after the preorder item is back in stock. Restock for enamel pins takes about 4-6 weeks. Please see each listing for details.


100% of net profits from the sales of the Charitable Collection (of pins and stickers) will be donated to The Loveland Foundation.

Every single dollar you give towards these efforts makes a difference. 


Please expect significant delays during COVID-19, especially internationally. If you're outside of the U.S.A., please check this list before placing an order to see if your country is accepting packages. 

Orders will be processed on Tuesdays, depending on the volume of orders.

Please allow up to a week of processing time during non-release periods. Non-holiday USA delivery times can be anywhere between 2 to 8 business days for First-Class Parcels and 2-5 business days for Priority Mail.

If a package was marked as delivered but wasn't delivered, please allow a few days for it to sort itself out. Sometimes packages show up late or from a neighbor. Your local post office is the first place to contact when this happens.

International orders vary from country to country and can take 2-6 weeks for Canada, 3-8 weeks for UK, Europe and Australia, and up to 18 weeks for other regions of the world. For international orders, please keep in mind that sometimes tracking does not update once the package leaves the US (usually from NY). The last update may be something similar to this:

Your item was processed through our JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER facility on month/date, 2020 at time. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

This simply means your package has been processed by international hubs and is en route to your country and/or is being processed by customs or your regional postal services. You can read more here.
